		<content type="html">you say breakthroughs are simple just think clearly. The only way to solve a problem is to solve it but there are times when you know the problems, you know about the options which can be taken to solve it but none of this completly satisfy the situation and eventually you have to loose something or the other in the need for a solution.I will explain the same with the help of the situation i am currently in.I am a phd student in Delhi University, basically an Engineer persuing reasearch by choice.My lab has a set format to be followed by everyone irrespective of their individual circumstances.One has to reach at 9 in the morning and stay minimum till 8pm in night( completion of work has no relevance with you staying in the lab).Taking a day off is a crime even when your parents health is not good forget about your own.I have 3 solutions to my problem&lt;br /&gt;one,the easiest option that i leave the lab but i will be loosing on to the choice of work i wanted to persue as my research subject. second, to stay n commit urself to the same nonsense being followed for years and third change it. The system is extremly rigid and i fail to think of anything that can change it so the last one has become irrelevant. if you can help me with the third problem i might save myself but otherwise i will be loosing something or the else.</content>
